Local Attractions
The whole area surrounding Langstone Village is a nature-lover's paradise. Birdwatchers in particular are in for a treat with a wealth of nature reserves to choose from, and history buffs will find no shortage of things to do in Langstone. We're also just a short drive from Goodwood racecourse.
From the harbour side you can see Wade Way, an ancient Roman road which was originally the only way to reach Hayling Island until the construction of the bridge in 1824. Neolithic finds including an arrowhead dating activity in the region between 2500BC and 4000BC.
